Objekt ima sve što nekome treba na odmoru u apartmanu, dovoljno posuđa, kuhalo, aparat za kavu, nekoliko dodatnih ručnika i prekrivača te dovoljno toaletnog papira što nažalost naglašavam jer ne misle svi o tome. Vidi se izrazito velika količina pažnje pri uređenju objekta zbog puno detalja koji isti čine vrlo izuzetnim.

Jedino što bih uzela kao manu zbog čega ocjena nije savršena je razgovor s osobom koju dobijete preko telefonskog broja koji piše na bookingu. Valjda smo pogodili nervozno vrijeme, ali zbog te ženske osobe nije mi baš bilo ugodno. Situacija je bila takva da smo u zadnji tren htjeli da nam dvoje prijatelja prespava kako bi im skratili put što smo dan prije i na dan samog ulaska pitali je li uopće moguće uz potpunu spremnost na dodatnu kompenzaciju. Na isti upit smo dobili odgovor kako to nije moguće jer toj osobi nije odgovaralo da se na kauču koji je na slikama spava. Potpuno razumijem ako netko ne želi dodatne goste u zadnji tren no stav prema tom upitu i stav pri upitu “kad mislimo točno ujutro odlazit” je bio sasvim nepotreban. Također bih jako htjela pohvaliti gospodina koji nas je dočekao zbog izuzetno pozitivnog stava i spremnosti da nam na sve odgovori ili objasni kao i djevojke koja nas je dočekala po izlasku, ti ljudi su stvarno bili oni koje rijetko sretnete jer vas kontakt s njima jako razverdi.

Communication with the owner was smooth and easy in English. The terrace was truly amazing – nice sea view, adjustable shading, quality loungers, a grill, and perfect orientation for sunlight both in the morning and evening. The house and surroundings offer complete privacy, peace, and quiet, which was very important to us. We appreciated the air conditioning and the parking right next to the house, where you can park in the shade in the afternoon. Everything was clean and tidy. Good value for money.

The beds were not saggy, but in our opinion, they were too soft – although we understand that this is a very personal preference. The blankets were unnecessarily thick for hot summer nights, and the red color bed linen felt visually disturbing. Additionally, the bed creaked with every movement. The wardrobe was very small and unstable – it rattled, and its parts hit each other with every movement, which was especially annoying at night. The room completely lacked blackout features – in the morning it filled with light immediately, and at night, light from the terrace shone directly onto the bed and could not be turned off. The kitchen was located under the stairs and several times we hit our heads on the staircase during normal movement – not only impractical but also dangerous. The kitchen equipment was limited – there was no microwave!!! or dishwasher. The induction hob often showed an error, one segment of the display was not functioning, so it was unclear what heat level the burner was set to. Some of the cookware was incompatible with the hob both in type and size; lids and basic utensils were missing. It was also difficult to use two burners at the same time – and without a microwave, cooking became very complicated. There were around 20 small glasses for alcohol, but not a single water glass larger than 0.2 l. The overall interior gives the impression of trying to be "designer", but in many ways is impractically furnished. Some worn-out items would be better discarded rather than reused in an otherwise new apartment.

A modern and cosy small home with a terrace and great sea view. Air conditioning is a huge plus!!

The bed upstairs was a little cracky which made it difficult to sleep the first night. We got used to it finally.

I really liked the view and the terrace, it was quiet, you could hear cicadas and birds; clean. It pays off for all other negative things.

I did not like the fact that the images are fake. Right next to the house (1m) is a big unfinished house which is not shown on the web. There is no tree with a swing! The road to the house is kind of steep Macadam road. There were a lot of flying ants in the kitchen. They could really purchase a better couch and a bed - not so expensive in e.g. IKEA. They could offer a possibility of a baby bed and a baby chair. There could be also nets on the windows against mosquitos - not so expensive as well.
