About this house rental
Beautiful, three-story home on Indian Rocks Beach overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Fully-furnished kitchen with granite counter tops. Two king-size masters upstairs, two bedrooms on main level. Plenty of decks to view what's happening on the beach! Gas grill, beach toys, beach chairs, wifi, linens, towels, outdoor shower, one-car garage parking. Beautiful sunsets!!!

This is a beautiful place right on the beach. Sara and Pat were very responsive, worked with us on a late check-in, and even texted to remind us when trash needed to be put out for pick up. We had a great time staying here!!

Really lovely spot. We tremendously enjoyed all the different porch, sitting areas. Optimal spot to view the sunrise/sunset. The firepit area was such a nice place for us all to congregate. Both Sara and Patrick were immediately responsive to our questions. Thank you! Great place for a family reunion!

We had 8 people on our trip at this stay. 6 adults and 2 kids. There was room for everyone! The vibe is 80s/90s with VHS player and tapes included! It was like taking our kids back in time to the slower summers we were blessed with! Of course there were streaming options and modern amenities but the old school touches where so fun to show them! The house is directly on the beach with 2 large parking spots so that was awesome! Easily walking distance to so many restaurants and cafes. This was a great house that made beach time with all different ages easy and fun!

We would rate our stay as average because we felt the positives and negatives were equal. The positives were pretty much all outside the home. It is a house on the beach in FL when we needed a vacation from winter so that was a start. The location overall is good with short drives or bike rides to several good restaurants, grocery, etc. The Kooky Coconut is a block away so very convenient for ice cream, sandwiches, and other quick food. It was nice to have our own backyard when we wanted to be outside but not on the beach. Lastly, the view from the lower balcony is great and is where we spent a lot of time. The negatives were a mix of inside and outside. The home is as pictured but I wouldn't call it "luxury" by any means as the description says. It did feel fairly dated and definitely needs a new couch in the living room as it is old and very uncomfortable. There were fruit flies in every room of the house which was not cool. I mentioned it to the owner and she said she just found out about it from the cleaning crew the day before I arrived. Also, she did offer to have someone come out but the last thing I want to deal with on vacation is pest control and fumigation. Lastly, the public beach access and parking lot being right outside the front door was crazy. Cars and people coming and going all day, able to see in the backyard and hang out in front of the house.
There definiltey needs to be more done for privacy but won't change the traffic.
