The overall ambience is Good. The room for family is bit cozy but is maintained well. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. The breakfast is goodone but the service or preparation of food item's is bit late. The food seems authentic and tasty. The overall experience is good. The view from room balcony is very good. The distance from hotel to sea shore is very nearer. The price per day is budgeted one and is value for money

The hotel is located directly at the entrance to a well-maintained beach (sunbeds, restaurants). The staff is phenomenal, very courteous, and helpful, from the hotel manager, Mr. Almeida, to the front desk manager, Mr. Denzil, and the staff. The restaurant serves amazing Indian and European cuisine. Everything is prepared fresh (you might have to wait a bit). The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is available to help with organizing tours and other matters. We would like to visti this place again.

Breakfast was decent, and we loved the location. It’s just a comfortable walking distance from the beach.
Given the price, I expected the room and the facility to be more updated.
