The Room was okay but not exactly how you see in the internet adds
The Tv set ups and the Tv unit and cupboards where dusty.

Location is great, the bed and room are very nice and clean.
The hotel's travel agency, Sapphire Club Tours, arranged an overnight house boat tour for us, and we were extremely disappointed in this. Apart from the boat being much less luxurious than expected, we had payed for 8 hours boating (12-6 on day1 and 7-9 on day 2) and were only on the water for 6 hours. It took us so much time and effort to get them to cruise for 1 more hour, in which they just floated terribly slowly on the same canal we had been. Very sad to ruin our holiday spirit with this.

Rooms were good, breakfast spread was not very elaborate. But cook was very nice and helpful
We arrived at 5 pm on the day of check in. The reception staff cum manager told that our booking has been cancelled. We asked what is reason of cancellation. He told that they have sent us a mail on the same day morning asking about our time of arrival. Since they have not received our reply, they have cancelled our booking. We said that we were travelling all day, so we could not see their mail. However, our visa card details are given to Booking.Com. If we do not arrive on the day of check-in, then they can charge for a night, but they cannot cancel booking. We had to argue almost one and half hour. When we said we are not going to move. Then he gave back our rooms. Booking.com should investigate the matter
