Gute, ruhige Lage (auch wenn gerade eine etwas größere Baustelle nebenan ist, Ab 7 Uhr wurde dort gearbeitet, mal mehr mal weniger laut)

Appartamento di recentissima costruzione con parcheggio e piscina, zona molto comoda a pochi passi dal mare e piazza Nember. Valentino è stato molto gentile e disponibile, check in semplicissimo. Prezzo in linea con gli standard di Jesolo e sopra le aspettative essendo uno stabile nuovo. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.
Sarebbe stato tutto perfetto se ci fosse stata un po’ più di cura ai dettagli. Mancava carta igienica e sapone al nostro arrivo che l’host ci ha prontamente fatto recapitare ma poi ci siamo resi conto che mancava anche un canovaccio per la cucina. Sarebbe comodo se venisse appeso qualche specchio e appendiabiti soprattutto in bagno. Solo piccole accortezze che fanno la differenza nel soggiorno :)

Die Lage war Mega, 5 min bis zum Strand 🏝️ ein Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür und abgesperrt, zwei Balkons, Fahrstuhl, Kinderzimmer, große Wohnküche, Pool im Hof, wir durften auch unsere Dachbox im Hof Lager.
Der Vermieter war super nett und freundlich konnte sogar ein bisschen Deutsch und Englisch. Auch das mitbringen unserer Hunde war völlig unkompliziert.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern 👌

Dobrá vzdálenost od pláže. Na severní Itálii obstojné vybavení.
Vybavení potřebuje nutně údržbu. Protéká sprchová hadice, špatně odtéká odpad v umyvadle. Některé skříňky nejdou zavírat. Našli jsme i špinavé nádobí ve skříni.
