About this house rental
This three + bedroom house which sleeps 6 people is only 2 minutes from the Beach and boat ramp, 2 minutes from Cowes. Our house location is in a quite street among established homes and provides close proximity to all of Phillip Island attractions. This house is set up with new furniture, Foxtel, High speed WIFI and all modern entertainment equipment including a whole house water filtration system proving filtered drinking water from every tap and chlorine and chemical free showers.
Off street secure parking is at the property with convenient remote operated roller door and house access via the garage. The house is also situated across from a park that offers visitors with children a place for the kids to play close to the house and can be seen from the comfort of the lounge room.
The owners of this property have high standards in the presentation of the property and have enjoyed multiple return clients over the years. We have stayed at many places over the years and the Carinya Beach House is up there with the best.Kitchen: Well stocked with quality appliances, linen, utensils, cooking equipment, coffee machine, microwave, containers, serving equupment and cleaning products.Loungerooms and study:Comfortable recliners, large tv's blankets, cushions, fold out sofa, desk, aircon, ceiling fans, gas log fire, DVD, playstation, Foxtel and WIFI.Bedrooms:1 x king, 1 x double, 2 x single, (all very comfortable, porta cot, highchair, TV in master, ceiling fans, extra pillows.Bathrooms:X 2, hair dryer, towels, hand wash, moisturiser, loo paper, air freshner.Laundry:Washing macine, dryer, iron, mop, vaccum, ironing board, cleaning supplies, pegs²

Hosts were welcoming. Good location and close to shopping, restaurants and the Cowes foreshore. Hosts have decorated the house with a Christmas tree and lights. It helped us to celebrate Christmas as we would have at our family home. Thanks Paul and Tracy we had a wonderful family time. Hope to come back again. Best wishes.

Overall was good.I did bring my own doona's though as l feel the cold.Doona's at house quite thin. Would not have been warm enough for cold weather
