Rough area

Basic apartment. Photos looked better than in real life. Instructions to enter apartment independently was clear.

The internet didn’t work in the rooms. The electricity went out a couple of times suggesting the electrics were not installed properly. The lift was out of order. There was no microwave or dishwasher. The area was dubious, we saw drug addicts and you couldn’t get a good nights sleep if you’re a light sleeper with the apartment being on the main road. Not really value for money.

Very bad experience.

In general, the location didn't feel safe. We were willing to overlook that, but then the door to the apartment building did not function properly. The host did not provide detailed check in instructions and we spent ten minutes in the dark trying to get out of the building because the key was not working and nobody informed us of another way out. My family was very upset and when I called the host, we could not reach her. My husband was finally able to get the key to work, but we did not feel comfortable staying in the apartment and requested a refund from the host when we finally did reach her. We were booked for 2 nights and because we arrived late the first night, we were fine to pay for that night. But the host would not refund the following night, even though we told her we did not feel safe and would not be staying in the apartment. (we were booked for 2 nights). She said there was a button to press to get out of the apartment building, and that nobody ever had an issue. But the instructions didn't mention this at all, and the hallway was dark and we never saw a button to get out. The whole place just felt very unsafe, and the experience with the host was very disheartening. I feel she should have refunded 1 of the 2 nights, given our circumstances. I use booking and Airbnb all the time, and this is the worst experience I've had. I do not recommend.

Excelent apartment close to city center, with car good parking possibilities

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped (hairdryer, washmachine, caffe machine, good towels, handsoap, dishsoap,), situated in a nice and clean condominium. It has heating, in october we was using it in the evenings. The photos about the flat are true. With car is comfortable, in front of the house are parking places and 10 m far of the flat is a cheap city parking. The flat is very close to the old center. Around many cafes, fast food places and supermarkets: Lidl, Family Market. Ladies, take showercup to enjoy the rainshower!

We were missing a microwave, but to be honest the inductions fire worked well. The street of the flat is a bit noisy.

Spacious apartment with great amenities for family stay.

The apartment was spacious and quite comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood is a bit urban and on a busy main road. If you are looking for a posh, quiet neighborhood, this isn’t it. However, the apartment was a great value and close to work for me and close to the train station for my wife and kids to explore. Most of the attractions are within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Also, convenient to parking and several grocery stores. Hosts provided many restaurant recommendations that were all delicious and appropriate to visit with young children. Would stay again.

No instructions were given regarding the washing machine. We figured this out, but would’ve been nice to be told where the supplies were and recommended settings as it is a portable washing machine.

Idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa, wygodnie i komfortowo.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 10min pieszo do starego miasta i 15m do dworca. Za rogiem parking miejski. Wyposażony dobrze, ręczniki, przybory kuchenne, kawa. Czysto i przyjemnie. Wszechstronne mieszkanie dla 4 osób idealnie.

Nasmarowaliśmy skrzypiące zawiasy w drzwiach i oczyściliśmy wentylator w łazience ;) takie zboczenie zawodowe. Bez uwag.
