About this house rental

It is an old farmhouse recently renovated. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room-kitchen equipped with a sofa for a further 2 beds, in total 4. It is possible to add an additional bed in the double bedroom. There is a large area for free parking on the property. It is one km from the Fiumicello beach, 2 km from the Maratea station, about 5 km from the historic center. The statue of the Redeemer, which offers a splendid view of the coast of Maratea is about 9 km from the property. To the north, along the SS 18, you reach Sapri, the last municipality of Campania, to the south, instead the first municipality of Calabria, namely Praia a Mare
