About this house rental
Recently renovated and furnished gite for family holidays, located 4 km from Biert in the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park.
Most of this rental, a large adjoining land of 7000 m² and a large outdoor terrace facing south in front of the house, it is naturally shaded, a large parasol is also available to tenants, a garden furniture to take meals facing the mountain with panoramic view.
Large garden available to tenants with fruit trees, raspberry, currant, apple, chestnut, ....
On the ground floor a kitchen equipped with a fridge with a freezing compartment, a gas stove, a microwave, a double sink, a dresser, kitchen furniture and a large monastery table for 10 people. In front of the fireplace, a lounge with a sofa bed, a coffee table, 3 armchairs, a piano, a TV with CD player and board games for the whole family.
Upstairs, a large master bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, a 4-drawer chest and an alcove equipped with a desk with printer. The second bedroom is smaller with a 140 cm double bed and a 4-drawer chest. A bathroom with a hot water tank, bath with shower, sink, WC. Two alcoves with storage units in the bathroom and in the hallway.
On the second floor, a very large room in width and height entirely paneled with wood and equipped with 3 140 cm beds with storage furniture and armchairs. In this large room, a play and reading area is provided, much appreciated by the youngest,
The location of this rental is exceptional, the view is breathtaking. It is the ideal place to relax, reconnect with nature, observe the flora and fauna in this still wild environment, contemplate the ever-changing Pyrenees from sunrise to sunset.
A real pleasure to be there in a still preserved site, to discover, to visit and to protect.

Spent a week there - family get-together in quiet place with hiking trips. We loved it. Cooking together and enjoyed dinner on the terrace which is clearly understated in the pictures online, it is a dream with a view you wont forget. And as quiet as you need when you come for a relaxing breakaway. In my bucket list for second visit!

Het huis ligt op een berg, een kwartier rijden van het eerste dorpje waar een cafe is waar je brood kunt bestellen. Het huis is erg gehorig en naar ons idee zeker niet geschikt voor 10 mensen. In de keuken was het een beetje improviseren met de pannen maar voor de rest is er van alles. De wifi is uitstekend. Omgeving en uitzicht is prachtig. Totale rust, frisse lucht.
