About this cottage rental
"le gîte des 3 ours" will welcome you in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Natural Park, in the Couserans mountains.
The cottage is located 700 m above sea level in a small place called "Les palots" between Seix and Couflens. In a very quiet hamlet just above the river "Le Salat". Ideally placed for fishermen. In winter, equipment recommended in snowy weather
The gîte includes:
- 1 large living room with fireplace
- 1 small living room with wood stove
- 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob)
- 1 summer kitchen
- 2 bathrooms, one with Italian shower
- 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed
- 1 children's room with 2 90x190 beds
- 1 large suite with 1 140x190 bed and a cot
- 1 mezzanine with 2 fireside chairs
- 2 Tv Hd (all DTT channels)
- 1 washing machine
- 1 dryer
- fixed internet and wifi
- 1 barbecue
Vacation checks accepted.
Many mountain activities nearby:
- Trout fishing (river 50 m away),
- Many hikes nearby (Ars waterfall, Cagateille cirque, Freycher peak, Garbet lake etc ...)
- canoe kayak 5 min away,
- ski resort "Guzet Neige" 20 mins away,
- for spa guests: Aulus les Bains station 20 mins away
- Tree climbing in Aulus les Bains
- equestrian center in Oust (15 min)

CONVENIENCES:
- post office, grocery stores, bakery, newsagent, bar, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, fire department, police station, service station and mechanical garage 5 km away in the village of Seix.
The cottage is labeled for 6 people but possibility of sleeping 10.

The price includes the tourist tax, electricity up to 15 kwh / day (beyond 0.19 euros per kwh) and water.
From November to March 1/2 cubic meter of wood offered
Wood supplement: 50 euros for 1/2 cubic meter
Supplement if cleaning is not done: 60 euros
5% reduction for 2 consecutive weeks of rental, 10% for 3 weeks and 15% for 4 weeks
