Very nice and friendly host, quickly reacting to the requests, speaking only Italian (communication through goggle translate). Terrase with barbeque and lemon trea was our favourite place for breakfast and dinner. Parking lot for the car.
The equipment of holiday house needs repair or replacement. Within 5 days of stay we had accidents with washing machine (didn't work), kitchen sink (water underneath), kettle (licked after boiling and luckily didn't heart anyone) and sofa bed (tried to move up in the middle while someone is sleeping on it). Dishwasher definitely needs replacement or at least users manual for guests. As well as frying pans. Air conditioner would be also useful.
