Meravigli 16 - Apt B - Duomo City Center Elegant Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Milan and highly recommend this apartment. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself is very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. A special thank you to Barbara and Rafael, who was an outstanding host. He was very communicative, friendly, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!

Excellent location in Milan.

Nothing, was excellent!!

Great location and close to the city centre. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay and would book the apartment again if we visited Milan again. Raffael was our point of contact and he was very helpful and easy to reach when needed. There’s also a well stocked mini mart a minute’s walk away should need anything.

The air conditioning units were a bit confusing to use but were tolerable. It would be nice to have more than one pillow per person available. Just a few minor adjustments required as mentioned above but would highly recommend this apartment.

First of all, I find it unacceptable that only one of the two air conditioners can operate at a time. When the air conditioner in the living room is on, the one in the bedroom cannot be used, and vice versa. We were informed by the accommodation that this is how the air conditioning system is designed to work. If there are three guests, one person is freezing in the living room while the others are too hot in the bedroom. Secondly, the sofa bed is completely unacceptable. It is impossible for anyone to sleep on it. The mattress is of very poor quality, badly worn out, and sagging. I honestly don’t understand how the accommodation has not addressed this issue. As a result, all three of us had to sleep together in the double bed in the bedroom. When you charge this price for a room, the quality of the facilities should match the cost. Finally, the toiletries provided (soap and shampoo) were kept to an absolute minimum.
