In a gated and guarded residence you can enjoy 2 swimming pools and walk around the specially landscaped lake.
In this apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet, a terrace on the ground floor all decorated with taste and very well maintained you will feel at home.
Equipped with 2 single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed 2 places we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Air conditioning, Internet, wifi and large screen plasma TV complete the facilities for your well-being and enjoyment.
300 m from the prestigious Palmeraie Golf Palace and 5 minutes by car from a supermarket, bank and restaurants you can choose to spend lazy days by the pools or explore the surroundings: Place Jamâa Elfnaa and the medina for a complete change of scenery at 15 minutes, Quartier Gueliz and its Art Deco buildings, the Majorelle garden, the Yves St Laurent museum, 10 minutes ... not to mention the hikes in the Atlas or the ski resort of Oukaimeden 1 hour drive ...
For ease of movement and total freedom of movement It is recommended to rent a car at the airport if you arrive by plane.

This turned out to be an excellent stay, and I am thankful the help that Hind provided throughout my entire journey. I was attending a conference at the Palmeraie Conference Center and looking for a place to stay. It had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay (towels, sheets, A/C, wifi with network/password under the router). Be sure to bring shower soap/shampoo. The community is gated with security throughout and tends to serve foreign travelers and visitors. There are two pools and the grounds that are well cared for. There is a nice grocery store within a 5 minute drive as well. I tended to walk to the conference center (20 minutes at fast pace) but be careful if it's really hot outside. The un-named road from the complex to Rte Palmerie is well lit, but you do walk by a village (locals don't seem to mind) and several private residences blocked off from the street by 6 foot walls. During the daytime it's reasonable, but at night when there is less vehicle and foot traffic you may want to get a ride. In-drive and Roby are ride-share/taxi apps; be aware that it's not as easy to get a ride like UBER as prices are negotiable and drivers only come if they think it's worth their time/energy. It's about a 25 minute drive to the Medina, which isn't bad but can get costly if you're ride-sharing frequently. For me this worked out well. But be aware of transportation issues if you don't have a car. Tours do pickup from here. And use WhatsApp for communications.

piscine tout simplement magnifique et entretenu dans le plus beau cadre de Marrakech)
l'appartement est parfaitement équipé (vaisselle et literie) et décoré avec gout. la présence d'une terrasse donnant sur jardin au calme est un plus. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire est sans aucun doute un avantage. Etant français et prenant nos vacances depuis 20 ans sur Marrakech, cette location est sans aucun doute et de loin la meilleur à ce jour.
