2 bedroom villa in Nerja with private pool.
With its private pool, an excellent barbecue area, views and a comfortable furnishing, the price of this villa is really unbeatable. The villa has a quiet situation on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km) with the town center and beaches just a ten minute drive away.
Location and outside area
This is the ideal villa for outside living; you can cool off in your own private pool with roman steps (7m x 3.8m and 1.3m – 1.75m deep), enjoy a siesta at the shaded veranda or use the barbecue for your alfresco dinners. It will seem that sunny days never come to an end! The villa has a peaceful situation in the countryside, but is well accessed. If you are able to tear yourself away from this relaxing spot, then go visit the beautiful surrounding villages or experience the grandeur of Granada's splendid Alhambra Palace. For nights out, Nerja offers a fine selection of restaurants, tapa bars and opportunities to make a fiesta.
Inside and lay-out
The accommodation is set on one level, with comfortable furniture. The living room has a fireplace, dining table for 6, 2 sofas and satellite-tv. The open plan kitchen comes with a 4 rings vitro hob, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, sharing a full bath room, complete with wc and basin.

Excellent, quiet location and good sized pool. This house suited our family of 4 very well with easy access to both Nerja and Frigiliana. Fantastic price for what you get and the owner is extremely helpful and friendly.
It was great to have fans in the bedrooms for our stay in July, thank you. Pool got a little cloudy throughout our stay.

We zijn hier 2 weken geweest! Prachtig huisje met alles erop en eraan! Heerlijk zwembad, wat gezien de temperatuur(30+) ook wel echt nodig was. Goed contact met de verhuurder.echt een aanrader! Ondanks dat er geen airco aanwezig is, met de waaiers prima kunnen slapen!

Good location, house is basic, not very clean, one bedroom is too small for the two separate beds so you can not use the cupboard. We missed protection in the windows for insects. And lucky It was sunny because the roof of the veranda Will not keep you dry when It rains. So you have to sit inside when It rains.
