Drive, bicycle or walk to famous Vanderbilt Beach, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Wiggins Pass State Park or just work on your tan around the heated swimming pool located in the screened in courtyard surrounded by an 8 foot wall. Walkouts to courtyard from living room, master bedroom and second queen bedroom. Minimum rental period is 3 nights. Minimum age to rent this property is 25 years.

The property was clean and updated.
The neighborhood is in transition, but this house was in good shape and convenient location. Owner was attentive to details. Would rent again.

Lindsay’s property is an ideal location to stay if you wish to enjoy the Naples area.
The pool was great to use each day. The home is setup very convenient for pool access.
We very much enjoyed the use of the bikes and the BBQ.
Shopping was close by and probably went there more than we should have.
The Deep Lagoon restaurant was high on our list of dining experiences.
Lindsay contacted us to be sure all was satisfactory and made sure all was taken care of.
He was a pleasure to deal with and will highly recommend this location for a convenient location near Naples.
We would certainly consider to stay at Lindsay’s home again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit here, would have loved to stay longer or returned for a month next year but other people have already recognized how nice this place is. The only improvement that I would like to see is a King size bed in the master. Loved the private secluded courtyard and small pool. It was perfect for collecting the sun and then cooling off.
We will try to return as soon as we can.
Don’t miss the Deep Lagoon Seafood restaurant nearby.
