Enjoy wide-open views of June Lake from this charming 3-level townhouse, lovingly renovated in 2025 with modern updates and family heirlooms. It’s a peaceful retreat and a convenient basecamp for endless hiking, boating, fishing, and skiing adventures.
Take in the lake views while barbecuing on the deck or stroll to dinner in town. Gather in front of the cozy gas fireplace or around the antique farmhouse table for meals and games and movies.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, washer/dryer, quiet dedicated workspace, bathroom with a roomy shower, and separate double vanity area. A third bedroom is in a loft accessed by ladder. A second full bathroom is on the main floor near the kitchen. In addition to the 65” Roku TV, there’s a stash of games and puzzles, kids books, comics, plus guidebooks and maps to give you insights into the region’s adventures.

The property is located in a great location and has amazing views of the lake from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Of course, the view on the balcony is picturesque. The apartment’s decors are cozy but could use some update. We arrived at the office to pick up our keys at 4pm and no one was in the office. We waited half an hour and no one was there. We texted the emergency number and no one returned our texts or calls. Fortunately we looked up where the unit was so we drove to the unit and ran into Rainbow Ridge cleaning crew. At 5:30pm, the apartment was not cleaned yet. The cleaning crew told us that they needed 45 mins to clean the place. When we returned, there were foods left in the refrigerator from the previous guests and the bedsheets up in the loft looked wrinkled and unchanged. We weren’t sure how much cleaning was done in the unit. The cleanliness and lack of communication of the office crew really disappointed us especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and no one ever return our call nor text us back from the emergency line. No one reach out to us during our stay to apologize nor simply reach out to check up on us or give us instructions on what to do with the unit before we leave. Very disappointed with customer service and cleaning protocols from Rainbow Ridge.
