Spaciousness, location, and responsiveness of the staff. Not everything in the house worked perfectly but the staff took care of it for a great stay. Also a member of our group was injured and the staff sent us a gift and card--unexpected and very thoughtful.

Good location. Plenty of room

No screens on the windows for ventilation. Extremely warm and no way to cool down the house.

The location was great. The price was reasonable. A short walk to June Lake and Gull Lake. Plenty of pots and pans and utensil for cooking. Enjoyed the washer and dryer. Lots of hot water for showers.

There were quite a few things that didn't work at the Branson House. The downstairs bedroom window didn't open, the bedroom lamp downstairs on the dresser didn't work, the kitchen range light over the stove didn't work, the left front burner on the stove didn't function, there was no propane gas for us to BBQ our food. The extra tank was empty :( two dustpans but no broom to sweep the kitchen floor, the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds, the window didn't close, the living room rug was stained and dirty. The real bummer was having to cook our steaks indoors on a frypan instead of enjoying the outside deck.
