"It was a lovely time. Hosts are responsive. Obviously not luxurious, but a nice compromise for me and my partner who wanted to camp. Loved waking up to the roosters and sound of the water."

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. We were a little worried it would be cold, but the yurt had heaters and we were nice and cozy the whole time. And it was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the running stream behind the yurt. The property was beautiful, but the real stars were the animals. Getting to feed and brush the Scottish Highland cows was a major plus. There are also two very friendly dogs who kept us company during our stay. We loved sitting with the dogs and watching the cows, goats, and chickens. There's a lot of great places for hiking nearby. The Kendall Trail is just a few minutes away. We also highly recommend Coopers Rock State Forest and Swallow Falls State Park, both only a short drive away. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Beautiful farm with a flowing stream, comfortable yurt, pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and living area with big stone fireplace, and the nicest animals! That plus so many stars at night. Couldn’t ask for more.

Besides a few glitches in malfunctioning shower and cleanliness of kitchenette equipment we had good time.. . Especially enjoyed interacting with animals . Loved the babbling brook. Jason was friendly and gave us a tour of the farm.
