All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
4WD/traction is required in winter.
There is a 13-night limit on reservations per local regulations, and reservations for more than 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The cabin is great. Love the air hockey table, basketball hoop and games to play. Had a campfire every night. The swing is an added bonus.

Very nice, neat, and cozy place to stay. It as definitely a dog friendly place to stay. We did not take a dog, but you could smell the dog smell. Not terrible, but since we are not dog people, we were sensitive to the smell. I would book this again, though. We loved it!

Kitchen came fully stocked! Loved the large dining room table! Plenty of parking. The outdoor area was lovely too with the fire pit, swing, and grill. This place is 5 mins away from Swallow Falls too. I had such a great experience at this Vrbo!

Just as described, very clean and cozy. Great location near Swallow Falls. So nice that they allow dogs, and yet there were no dog smells!
Only complaint was that there was no basketball hoop (one of the reasons we chose this place).
