PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.

+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles in driveway, must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to rent our properties
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Very close to Disneyland parking. Pool was enjoyed - perfect for everyone especially smaller children. Would recommend to book.

We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Disneyland! The property was very clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated — it truly felt like something I would have designed myself. You can tell a lot of care went into updating and maintaining the space, which made it feel modern and comfortable.The pool area was a highlight for our family — clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind after the parks.One small note is that the bedrooms did get a bit warm, even with central air. Thankfully, box fans were provided, which helped a lot and were very appreciated.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Pros:
- very clean
- tasteful decor not overly accessorized
- fantastic location only 8 minutes from Disney parking garage
- there’s a fun little game room outside which can be used most of the day
Cons:
- excessive Orwellian messages from management about the many rules IN ANGRY RED ALL CAPS (agreements, texts, emails, signs in the house)…we respect the rules but geez even the WiFi password seems intended to intimidate the guest to the point we didn’t feel welcome, they even warn you they are watching you via camera to see if you break the rules
- no lock on the bathroom door (?!?), the one that serves three bedrooms. Not sure if there was one for the master en suite bathroom
- the fridge makes some horribly loud knocking noise for about 30 seconds every hour or so which kept a couple of us up the first night - it was so loud we actually thought a break in was happening on the street
- beds were not comfortable. The master bed is so soft that my very petite mother sunk right down and this hurt her back. Other beds were rock hard and the bunk beds were sort of rickety and wobbly
- the washing machine in the kitchen sounds like a plane taking off but according to other reviews we were lucky it worked at all
- we didn’t use the pool but FYI the picture of the pool is a bit misleading as in person it’s not much bigger than a hot tub
- they weren’t able to accommodate early or late check in
- mgt didn’t reply to my text, only my mother’s
