About this house rental
Entrance to the accommodation on Saturday.
1 Marriage room, 1 double room, 1 single room, living room, kitchenette, and shower room, and garden furniture sun loungers, rustic furniture type, is attached to a main house of the same owner. land 180 square meters + 100 meters parking, including pool area.
Pool 8x4 meters, exclusive use of the apartment.
Wifi in the house.
Saturday entry and exit. Saturday
Saturday entry at 3pm
Departures Saturday at 10 am
Except April, May, September and October (admission any day of the week)
The entrances and exits are calculated to be able to clean the house and pool area.
Electricity consumption, we have an electricity meter installed in the apartment which will be taken into account at the entry and exit of travelers, in the price of the house a reasonable consumption of electricity is included, if the consumption were abusive a fee would be charged supplement with the cost of the Kw of the moment. It would be specified when making the reservation.
Towels and sheets included.
Final cleaning included.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The published prices are for the house, the number of people does not influence the price.(Max 5 People).
Located on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean, it has access to two coves, the closest is Calahiguera, (2 minutes walk from the house), the second is Playa de la Rijana, about 10 minutes walk, magnificent place to dive, one of the best seabed of Andalusia, very quiet area, Granada is located 50 minutes from the road, alpujarra 35 minutes, accessed from the national 340.

Schönes Haus mit ruhiger Lage. Das Badezimmer hat einen etwas sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigten Eigengeruch und man benötigt ein Auto, ansonsten sitzt man ziemlich fest. Der Pool war leider erst ab dem vierten Tag wirklich nutzbar, da erst der Poolreiniger kommen musste. Alles in allem ein schönes Feriendomizil :)

Estupenda estancia, justo lo que buscábamos, alejados del bullicio propio de esta época del año. La piscina podría estar en mejores condiciones, pero en general todo bien. Juan ha sido de gran ayuda durante la estancia, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien.

La cala debajo de la casa muy acogedora ,
Hemos disfrutado mucho y el anfitrión siempre disponible por si necesitas algo
