Salobreña: Cosy single-family house "Granado", 2 storeys. On the outskirts Salobreña, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden with flowers and trees, orchard. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km, rocky beach 100 m (small), outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Nearby attractions: Granada 70 km, Málaga 85 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada 100 km. Hiking paths: Sierra del Huétor 93 km, Sierra de Tejada 70 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 1 km West from the house you will find a large hotel with pool area, which as a bar guest you are allowed to use.

Casa amplia, luminosa, jardín de cuento con árboles como aguacateros, mangos, chirimoyas. Y, frente a la terraza del salón, el mar. Magnífico.

La casa es bonita y tiene unas fantásticas vistas. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, camas muy cómodas, cocina y salón muy agradables y estupenda terraza. Los baños están muy regular, falta reformarlos. Hay un olor terrible a darro en las habitaciones de abajo. La casa está en una "urbanización" poco urbanizada, no hay farolas, la oscuridad es total y da un poco de miedo. No había cochera disponible, estaba ocupada. Hay que coger el coche para todo.

Haus innen ist sauber und die Möbel sind weitestgehend in gutem Zustand. Schön, wie auf den Fotos. Betten sind zum Teil aber bretthart. Die Lage ist sehr schön, toller Meerblick. Durch die Nähe zur Uferstraße leichte Geräuschbelästigung. Dunstabzugshaube war defekt. Auf meine Nachricht an Verwalter wurde nicht reagiert. Außen sieht es anders aus. Terrasse unten ist verdreckt, ebenso die Sitzecke unter Bäumen sowie vor der Küche. Westblick auf Abwasserrohr und Mauer wird verschwiegen.
