An opportunity to stay in a grand, vast old- fashioned room with high ceilings. The host went out of his way to provide information, breakfast, and allow late mornings; a very kind man.
The location is up in north Catania, a bit of a long walk from the centre and historical centre. On the other hand I appreciated the cool foliage-fragranced winds coming in from the large park nearby, and I enjoyed the vibes at the local first-class bakery just up the road, with an unbelievable range of bread and baked delights of every description.

La stanza rispecchia le foto ed è pulita. I cuscini non sono comodi.
Se arriva all’attico della struttura attraverso una scala bassissima e piccolissima una persona alto 1,60 cm fatica deve abbassarsi immaginiamo il più alto. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta assolutamente è che non è stato accettato il pagamento tramite carta né bonifico, ma solo in contanti e al mio arrivo oltre la mezzanotte, sono dovuta uscire nuovamente per cercare un ufficio postale e ritirare i soldi in contanti il post era molto isolato e poco illuminato

The room was very nice and cosy. Also elegant.
Breakfast was poor (just a few snacks in the fridge and a little coffee machine). Maybe this aspect could be improved by signing an agreement with the closest bar.
Also, the keepers forgot to refill the place with toilet paper (they left just 1 roll), which was a bit embarrassing as the last day we were without it. That should be improved.
