Exceptional

Very nice, tidy and clean. The rooms are cleaned every other day. Only a few steps to the beach and the center. In front of the apartment is a large supermarket that has everything, a fish market with fresh fish and a butcher with top quality meat. The owners, Stavrula and Sakis, live there and are very friendly and always willing to help. We will definitely come back again

Everything was great. The apartment is extremely high quality and beautifully furnished. The cleanliness is impeccable. The hosts are very pleasant, they are there for everything you need, but they are not intrusive.

Extremely friendly hosts, great location, very very clean.

Hosts were very friendly - we did not expect to be picked up from the bus stop so I was a little surprised to see that the host was waiting for us! The bus was delayed so they were waiting longer than expected but didn't mind at all. The location is excellent. Extremely clean - the cleaners came every day and we had to ask to only come every couple of days.

Much smaller than it appeared in the photos - it isn't very comfortable for three people, I'd recommend only one or two. Communication can be hard if you don't speak Greek but we managed just fine. If you like your privacy and do not want to be bothered (ie, the hotel experience) I'd recommend somewhere else as the hosts are not shy to knock on the door to arrange cleaning every day. However if you are the sociable type this is a great place for you!

Perfect location - 50 m away from the beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, prepared for our coming. The host is very helpful and provided us useful information about the village.

Excellent

The apartment is in a great location, near a wonderful beach which is next to a bar. It's right across a small grocery store, which was very convenient. The cleanliness was on a high level - the towels were changed every other day. Overall, my family and I had a splendid time in Nea Roda, I totally recommend it!

Perhaps it would have been even better if our balcony area was a little bigger.

Modern and nice but really noisy part of the town

I liked the position because is really on 1 min walking from the main pedestrian street and all Restorant a and bars, the house is well equipped, modern and new, everting was brilliantly clean and stalling of a perfume :)

I did not liked the fact that the exact address was Not entered correctly in the boookig platform and I had some difficulty to found the place, also I did not liked the fact to have air condition in the small kitchen from where the air was difficult to arrive in my bedroom, I was also frustrated by the fact to leave the house with only one key provided where the electricity and the air condition was linked and this is the reason why I had to stop the condition and leaving the house and once I was back I had the house hot like a hell. I was not able to sleep at night because for this reason and extreme temperature of the house and I was leaving the window open during the night but there was the other horrible think is that outside is too noisy all the time …

The perfect mini apartment!

I like the modern minimal decor, that’s why I chose it in the first place. Everything is neat and sparkling clean. The owners are very polite and the location perfect! Would definitely recommend.
