About this apartment rental
150 m2 duplex in the first line just few meters from the beach in Calao Salvaje. Mirador de la Gomera.
Our apartment is a two-level, 150-meter flat. From the common area, we enter the private inner terrace and from it to the house. On the ground floor, a large living room, separate, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with shower. Exit to the terrace on the ocean side (the first line from the ocean). Only a pedestrian promenade (unpaved) and the ocean are in front of us. A beautiful view of la Gomera.
Upstairs- two bedrooms - matrimonial with one large bed and the other with two separate ones. Bathroom with a bathtub. Terrace from both bedrooms to the ocean. A wonderful place to sleep and rest.
From early morning the sun operates on the inner terrace, in the afternoon from the ocean. At any time of the day, depending on the mood, we have a shaded or sunny terrace.
Two terraces at the ocean side and one next to the swimming pool.
In the complex there are 2 swimming pools and two small- for children, private parking place in the underground garage. All included in the price.
Separate entrance. Wifi. Air-conditioning.
Callao Salvaje is a little town on southern Tenerife, 25 minutes by car from the airport (TFS), 10 minutes from the Siampark water park. 30-40 minutes on Parador at Pico del Teide. Beautiful views of the island of la Gomera, and during the perfect weather - el Hierro.
The specific microclimate means that the sun shines in every season of the year. More than once, the sun was shining here and people were sunbathing, and 2 kilometers away it was cloudy and raining.
At a time when there is no sun in continental Europe, there is plenty of it here.

Needs air-conditioning in living room it was unbearable some days with sun shining in.Air con in bedrooms constanly leaking onto the terrace below making it very slipperly needs adressing was reported but nothing was done. Apart from.that lovely stay great views nice comy beds ,showers are great plenty of rowels .No toaster so bought our own left it there along with a shopping basket as the shops a wee bit away so left this there also Wifi was great had my fire stick worked perfectly all in all would stay again if air-conditioning was fitted in living room.

Lage und Grundausstattung der Appartments sind gut. In Bezug auf die Sauberkeit des Appartments (Reinigung vor Ankunft der neuen Gäste) gibt es noch deutliches Verbesserungspotential z.B. bei den Fussböden und den Teppichen.
Der vorhandene Safe war nicht einsatzbereit (fehlende Batterien, offene Tür mit Schliessbolzen in geschlossener Stellung).
Der Ablauf des Waschbeckens in der Küche liess sich nicht schliessen.
Der TV konnte mangels fehlender Bedienungsanleitung nicht bzw. nur über den Anschluss des privaten PC betrieben werden.
Die Bedienungsanleitung der Waschmaschine ist nur in osteuropäischen Sprachen und in Spanisch vorhanden; doch Intuition hilft oft weiter.....
Doch wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in der Wärme und an der Sonne dennoch!
