Paradise Luxury Apartment

Posto incantevole , ottima posizione , bella la terrazza , alloggio pulito , grande e molto comodo , finalmente un appartamento con terrazza grande a tenerife , molto bella la spiaggia e la lungomare , avendo una famiglia con dei bimbi per noi i punti di forza sono stati il superamento sotto casa , la vicinanza alla spiaggia e il posto auto , grazie torneremo sicuramente

Appartamento spettacolare , spazioso molto elegante , grandissima terrazza privata , complesso residenziale molto bello e curato , piscine molto pulite e acqua calda , ottima la posizione e la vicinanza dalla spiaggia a soli due minuti a piedi , lungomare bellissima con un tramonto spettacolare ,siamo venuti in auto ottimo anche il parcheggio privato , proprietario molto gentile e accogliente , torneremo sicuramente l anno prossimo ☺️

The apartment has good/modern kitchen, it a spacious apartment. The terrace got lovely afternoon sun for sunbathing. There is a lovely telly with Netflix etc on it. There was always hot water for showers and washing up. The pool area is excellent with lots of beds, tables and umbrella holders. The hotel is well located within the area with all the shops on your doorstep. The supermarket Hyperdino is close by but a bit of a rip off. A taxi to the bigger towns like Las America/ cost about €25, there are bus options too for just a few euro. There was lots of lovely restaurants in the area. There is a bar at the pool that serves lovely cocktails. Lino met us at check in and was very kind and professional, he also checked on us by text during our stay which was very kind.

I wish I could give this property a higher rating. We knew there was no air conditioning upon booking but the heat at night was unbearable, even with two fans. One of the fans was quite old and not very good. We stayed for two weeks and were only given two rolls of toilet paper and 1 big towel and 1 small towel each. The towels were quite old and could do with being replaced. The pillows were old and not very comfy. The bed was comfy but there was a sheet/mattress protector beneath the bed sheet that was quite dusty and dirty. There are no sprays/ sweeping brush or products for cleaning the place other than washing up liquid and a sponge. I thought it would be in the interest of the owners to provide this. As there are so many floors above the terrace with balconies, each morning we would have various different bits of rubbish that had either fallen or been thrown onto the terrace such as stones from fruit, banana peels, towels, head bands, tissues etc. There were two beaches close by but we didn’t really like them as you couldn’t rent beds so we opted for the pool area as it was much nicer. There are four lifts and they were getting fixed when we were there, we were told by residents how they had experiences that week where the lift would just drop all the way to the ground floor, we used the stair while staying. The bathroom also had a bad smell and water would flow out of the shower into the ground.
