Five women in their 70's who are high school friends rented this home. It was spacious and worked well for us. However the air conditioning didn't work and even with repeated calls and pictures of what the thermostat recorded they were never able to fix it, although they said it was. We also had a beautiful deck and fire pit that had run out of gas. Unfortunately that wasn't fixed until our last day. Carpet on first floor bedroom was stained, expecially in doorway.
