This property was easy to book and was clean and what I expected upon arrival. The location is a little ways away from downtown St. George, but worked out great. The pool was nice, but did get crowded at peak times, and we had to find other pickleball courts as the courts included here were always taken. Overall, a great stay!

This was our second time staying in this condo and it has everything we could ask for. We're a group of mountain bikers that need a garage to work on our bikes, a grill to cook our steaks, and a comfy bed to sleep in... This place has it all!

We really liked the property. It was close to the Tuacahn and had a really nice pool. Very fun.

the floorplan (3brw/ 3 1/2 ba.) was perfect for the 5 adults and one young child. the proximity to the adult and child pool was great. Also having Snow Canyon so close by made for great hikes. Thanks

But only unsatisfied thing is bed mattress condition, everyone complaint mattress wasn't comfortable, too soft that it sinks in the middle and hurts back. also bed head frame wasn't fixed to the wall, so even if we turned around a little, the head of the bed hit the wall and made a lot of noise.

We had such a fun time. We golfed and rented E bikes and enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as visiting some local sites. A beautiful comfortable spacious dwelling to stay.

We loved the beautiful property with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and a plenty of room. The amenities were great. We loved being close to the pool and pickleball courts and being in a walkable community where we could enjoy an evening walk near the golf course. We enjoyed a great weekend in the warmth of St George.

The floors didn't seem to have been mopped. I wiped up sticky spots shortly after arriving. The water filter on the fridge needs to be replaced. The washing machine smelled awful so that I had to wipe the seals and run it on the clean cycle with bleach to use it. There were a lot of crumbs between the seat cushions and wrappers and debris under beds. The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Just wanted to give you a heads up about the conditions.

We loved this place! The house was absolutely spotless, and had such a nice layout. The kitchen was perfect for multiple people to cook in and there was everything we needed in there. It was too cold to sit outside on the patios, but the large table and BBQ were awesome. The bedrooms were cozy and spacious, which was helpful with toddlers. Having the pool/spa even though it was cold was also so nice as well. If it had been nicer out, we would've loved lounging on either of the outdoor patios! The only two slight criticisms we had were the location was really far removed from the rest of St. George, which we didn't realize when booking our stay. And that the living room furniture on the main floor was not made for 6 adults. The couches were small and uncomfortable, and we thought a sectional would've been a better option to accommodate guests in this house. Overall fantastic stay though, and we would love to return!

The property was beautiful, and in a great location, out away from the bustle of the city. It is beautifully decorated, and mostly clean, the floor in one of the bathrooms was forgotten by the cleaners, but the rest of it was really clean. It was quiet, we couldn’t hear anyone next door, and there was plenty of room for the 3 or 4 of us that stayed there. I was there alone for a couple of days, and felt safe in the neighborhood. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The management company was fast to respond when we realized we had left a coat behind, and they were quick to help, by sending it to us. I would def stay there again!!

The condo was super clean and spacious. The property management company was very attentive and great to with. The online listing says there is a tv in every bedroom but there is not one in the Queen bedroom. The pool was also freezing so didn’t seem to be heated like the listing stated as well. The sheets were also scratchy and the location is not super close to town. Overall it suited our needs for a nice clean place to stay for our group.

We needed to rent a VRBO at the last minute for a family funeral. Had family traveling from IL. Beautiful, new townhome nestled in the moutain rage of St. George. Home was beautifully decorated, and all the amenities of home. Plenty of room. Because I booked last minute, was able you get a discount on the room. Extremely reasonable. Much less expensive than having to rent 3 hotel rooms. Highly recommend!!!!!

We came to watch my son play college baseball. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a clean and nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this.

Very nice place to stay!

The property was nearly perfect for our needs. Loved the modern design and kitchen was fantastic. Plenty of room for the whole family, and pricing is reasonable for what you get. Cleaners do a fantastic job of keeping it tidy and property managers do a great job of keeping this unit in top shape. You would think you walked into a model unit! Unfortunately there is only one garage space and one driveway space and I can vouch it’s pretty small. The good thing is, the complex does have overflow parking thankfully! The master bedroom tv was a roku and had plenty to watch, the living room tv not so much or maybe we weren’t looking in the right place. The bedding was lovely on the master and there were plenty of high quality towels in the bathrooms. There is no door between the master and the master bath (seems to be a southwest home feature done by many builders). There isn’t much in the way of outdoor privacy with either the upstairs or downstairs patios, but there is plenty of outdoor seating and even a BBQ if that’s your thing. Golf is really close by, which was a plus for us, as well as many parks and hiking trails. At first we thought being further out from downtown St. George was a drawback, but ended up loving the location. Unfortunately there is a posted rule about keeping the downstairs ac unit no lower than 72 and the upstairs no lower than 74. We found the temperature overnight to be a little stuffy by our standards. I totally understand that management is worried about the ac unit freezing over, but you could totally run the ac in the earlier evening to “blow out the hot air” before bed time and before lower overnight temperatures if they would allow it. Alternatively a heat pump combo unit can run at a lot cooler outdoor temperatures, which I think might be a better option for a rental unit like this. There are fans in the master and living room, but not in the upstairs rooms as I recall. The fans do help, so we were thankful for those! The kitchen is well stocked and has all the basics you could need and then some. The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept, everyone is friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze and property management made the booking process simple. Overall it was a fantastic visit and we would recommend the unit as long as you can live with the few downsides. There are certainly more upsides than downsides and this we give it a 5/5!

The Ledges was a beautiful place to stay. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and pickleball courts.

We like the location of Ledges since we enjoy exploring Snow Canyon. This condo had all the amenities we hoped for and planned for. The pool area is second to none in the area. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We especially enjoyed the balcony in the sun on a cooler winter day. Also enjoyed used of the grill once. We will definitely return to Ledges.

Gorgeous townhouse with plenty of room for our family and grandkids. It was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, because of the weather we didn’t get to access the pool. But it wasn’t too far from town and hiking and the scenery was beautiful. Definitely would recommend and definitely would return.
