Fairway Oasis is a beautiful 1,812 sq foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Overall a great vacation rental in a nice development. As golfers we were pumped to be right on the course, but because of some big bushes you don’t have a good view from the back patio. Didn’t get to play the course because they were closed for maintenance, but we will next time as it looks pretty nice. Short walk to the pool and pickleball courts, no need to drive. Enjoyed the upstairs patio with the fire pit every night!

The bunkbeds in the loft were perfect for our kids in addition to 3 full bedrooms. Highly recommend this unit and we will probably look to rent again. Some of the chairs at the table need to be replaced, but otherwise, really great.

We loved our stay here. Made wonderful memories that will last forever. The only thing I would have changed about the house is the initial smell when you walk in and mine and my husband’s allergies in the master bedroom on the main level. It smelled like animal urine(not overwhelming but definitely noticeable) and only when we were in the master bedroom did our allergies kick in. It is a beautiful place and we would definitely come again

Property had great no-contact check in, and was great about cleanliness. However I was unimpressed when I tried to contact the management via email, text, and phone call, and got no response. We were unable to find a garbage can *despite a sign saying a fine would be applied for not putting them to the curb at checkout. We ran out of propane, and garbage bags, and some of the light bulbs were burned out.

It was in a good location. Nice property. However it was poorly cleaned. The floor was so dirty. Garbage, wrappers and left over candy under the couches and beds. Towels had a smell to them. And the gar age disposal was so rotten smelling.

We had a lovely stay. The property was just as advertised. We had plenty of space and was beautifully maintained. Our location was close to all the sights we wanted to see on our trip. It was wonderful that The Ledges offered coupon codes for many attractions. We used both outdoor spaces for socializing and star gazing. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is located on the 18th fairway of The Ledges Golf Course which is the view from the back patio area. It has a nice BBQ and table and padded chairs where we spent a lot of time enjoying the evenings and the scenery. The condo was roomy enough to accommodate us 3 couples (both in the living room and dining areas). There is an upstairs lanai with comfortable chairs and a gas fire ring but it overlooks the street so we spent most of the evening time downstairs in the back patio area. The bedroom downstairs is awesome (very large with a nice bathroom, shower and walk in closet). All the bedrooms upstairs are smaller and only one has a bathroom inside the bedroom so if you get the downstairs bedroom you'll be the envy of your group! In addition to the 2 bedrooms upstairs, there is an open bonus room with bunk beds and TV. So, the condo is really better suited for 2 couples and kids. The living room and bedrooms (except the smaller of the 2 upstairs bedrooms) all have a flat screen TV with DirecTV programming. The condo was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. And the property management staff are wonderful. Also, if you like golf, the Ledges course is beautiful with some challenging holes. We played there twice. And, the Ledges Rock Grill restaurant has great food, nice views with an open dining area for either inside or outside dining. They also have delivery service if wanted. All in all, great trip and would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location on the golf course. We would have rated our stay much higher except for two things. The property is fairly isolated with no grocery stores or restaurants close. The restaurant in the clubhouse was good but not for several days in a row and not open for breakfast. Cooking in the unit was limited because of the lack of or condition of some of the cookware. Tons of plates, cups and glasses but none were plastic so no way to take a beverage to the pool. We played a lot of golf and had a good time with friends but we were expecting better based on our previous travels.
