Welcome to Casa Kokopelli! The perfect Sedona experience begins with the Red Rock formations, in an inconspicuous, yet accessible setting. Our house overlooks Boynton Canyon, one of the largest and most impressive landscapes Mother Nature ever created. There's a reason hot-air balloons frequent this area! And while the downstairs gourmet kitchen and living area immerse you in this natural wonder, the unimpeded views from the upstairs master bedroom balcony will take your breath away. There may be no better place to enjoy your morning coffee than this spot, which includes a no-muss, no-fuss gas kiva fireplace to ward off the chill of daybreak. Memories start right here!
If you can peel yourself away from this spectacle, you’ll find that all of the fun available in West Sedona is only a mile or two away. The neighborhood is located a couple of blocks off of the main drag, so it’s easy to get to all of the restaurants, shops, and activities Sedona has to offer. Yes, your one-acre vacation oasis provides both breathing room AND convenience!

For the health and safety of all guests, we implement wellness practices recommended by VRBO/HomeAway. These include contactless self check-in, extensive use of disinfectants, post-stay whole-home ventilation, and 24-hour minimum "blocks" between bookings.
The home features three outdoor security cameras:
1) The front entrance door camera shows the front door walkway areas.
2) The backyard pool area camera shows the entrance gate, pergola, pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower areas.
3) The upstairs picture window camera allows us to enjoy balcony views of Sedona, but also shows a very small portion of the front yard area.
All cameras are turned off during guest occupancy. Guests are welcome to cover any camera to enhance their privacy. Additional details are available in the home’s User Manual.

The location was fantastic and incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in Sedona. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor spaces were a highlight of the stay. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the upstairs patio while taking in the views and peaceful atmosphere.

The house and location was excellent. Very quiet area, the house was clean, beautiful view and the pool and hot tub was a great feature. I would definitely recommend this property!

- Lovely views from second floor patio- Peaceful neighborhood- Close to Sedona activities- Barbeque grill was out of order and option available was countertop electric grill- VRBO property description page did not disclose security cameras on property, including one in pool/outdoor shower area and one inside house.- Refrigerator failed, resulting in the spoilage of food.
