We had the most incredible time in Sedona! This house is full of charm and close to everything, yet you still feel like you have plenty of privacy. Joel was very quick and attentive to answer any questions. We really enjoyed the shower amenities! We loved the hot tub and sauna as well! A beautiful well-appointed house and a gracious attentive host made for a memorable stay in Sedona. Located close to downtown with its famous shopping and dining. Also close to many hiking and off-road trails along Dry Creek Road. And after a long hard day of outdoor activities, a hot tub.

Beautiful clean home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths making it large enough for a big family. There are neighbors but you’d never know when sitting out on the large deck. It seems so secluded. Joel answered all my questions and when there was a problem with VRBO he went out of his way and fixed the issue. Had a great and successful week at this hideaway home.

Overall great experience. Great location in Sedona (southern part of town) in the middle of a neighborhood, but we didnt see or hear anyone else from the property. Joel is very available via text for any issues. Hot tub and sauna both as advertised and very functional. Stayed with three kids under 11 and 4 adults and had plenty of room.
