About this house rental
Renovated 4/br house with modern kitchen and bathrooms, including an ensuite.
Large deck with clear view to surf, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ.
Lounge room, dining room and kitchen off the deck.
Spacious separate family room with TV, DVD, table tennis, foosball, books, games and DVDs.
Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and grinder, hand mixer, rice cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher and sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for two families.
2 bedrooms upstairs (queen and double) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (2 singles and 1 set of bunk beds with a trundle). Sleeps 2 families comfortably (4 adults and 5 children) or 6 adults maximum.
All bed and bath linen provided.
Internal laundry with washing machine and drying lines.
If travelling with toddlers, please bring a safety gate for the stair case.
Mobile phone coverage is patchy. Wireless internet available.
500m from beach, minutes from Caves Beach Hotel, near fishing, walks, bike rides, golf and tennis courts.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach and shops. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped with a lovely view from the balcony. Would stay again.

House was excellent, very clean and in a great location. Outside shower was very handy and the hosts had recently installed aircon which was great when it hit 37C! Would definitely rebook!
