I have never stayed in a place like this. My kids asked me if we had booked a room in a castle. :-D This accommodation is the perfect combination of old building, antique furnishings, but a great, modern bathroom. The rooms are very large and the location is just ideal. Paola is a wonderful host! She sent us lots of information beforehand, let us check in early and even recommended places to us. The next day we got a wonderful breakfast and Paola told us the history of her family who has owned the building since the 13th century! San Marino is an absolutely stunning place that everyone should visit and everyone should stay at Paola's Antica Bifora, as I have never seen a place like it.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

This place was truly unique and exceeded all our expectations. Everything was incredible — the location, the breakfast, the communication, the facilities, and above all, the atmosphere. Staying here felt like experiencing a piece of San Marino’s history rather than simply staying in accommodation. The house, the architecture, the beautiful details and the story behind the Gozi family make the experience completely different from an ordinary hotel or apartment. The location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful, and everything was comfortable, clean and thoughtfully prepared. The owner was absolutely lovely and welcoming. I am honestly sorry that I didn’t remember her name, because she deserves a special mention. She made us feel genuinely welcome and added so much warmth to our stay. We also really appreciated hearing about the history of the family and the house. Knowing that this is connected to one of San Marino’s historic families makes staying here even more special. If you are looking for something authentic, beautiful and memorable in San Marino, I would absolutely recommend this place. 10/10 without hesitation. We would love to come back!

There was nothing to dislike about this beautiful apartment

This is a fabulous apartment in the historic centre of San Marino in a building dating back to the 1300s. It is immaculately clean and absolutely beautiful, as well as huge! The balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The apartment could not be in a better location, just a couple of minutes from the funicular but still nice and quiet despite being so central. Paolo is an excellent host and happy to answer any questions and share information about her family's history with this building.

Nothing - I would recommend Antica Bifora to anyone and would love to come back!
