Lovely, spacious, newer, affordable and very unique describes this wonderful Tuscan-style Catalina Island guest villa!
THIS IS A MEMORABLE 3 STORY PROPERTY FEATURING 1 BEDROOM AND 2 FULL BATHS. SLEEPS 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. (NOTE: This is a 3 story property with NO elevator.)
On the ground floor is the small living area with sofa, table and chairs, 55" flat screen TV and a full bathroom with tub.
On the middle floor is a full kitchen with stainless steel stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a cute breakfast nook with small table for eating or playing cards.
On the top floor is the large bedroom with a King Bed & 50" Smart TV. and a lovely primary bathroom with large walk in shower, an oversized Jacuzzi bathtub; double sinks and separate toilet room. (The fireplace you might see is decorative only and not functional).
On both the 2nd and 3rd floor landings are French door 'Juliette" (not step out) balconies that open up for light and fresh air. This property has CENTRAL HEATING and ROOM AIR CONDITIONERS in the bedroom and ground floor living area.
And out in front we have a lovely, large flagstone patio with table and chairs and gas BBQ along with our own PUTTING GREEN! This is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail or just practice your putting. It's also great if you enjoy people watching, as there is activity in the neighborhood with golf carts and people walking by. And at dusk and night, look for deer right outside our door!

Look around at ALL other 1 bedrooms on the rental market and you won't find ANYTHING quite like this. For less than you'd pay for a nice basic hotel room you get a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a large outside patio and a putting green! The more you shop around the better we look!
We are located in a residential area 'on the flats' at 357 Clemente, at the corner of Clemente & Tremont and away from loud bars. We are an easy 6 minute walk to the beach and front street with all the shops and restaurants. We are also just 3 minutes from the Catalina Golf Course (we have golf clubs you can use) and a 3-4 minute walk to the main plaza where all the sightseeing tours are. From the boat terminal we are an easy 12 minute walk, but if you prefer you can take a taxi.
NO pets. NO smoking. 2 People MAXIMUM. We do not have a golf cart. Remember, we do not have an elevator, in case walking up stairs is an issue for you. We have a minimum age of 24 for young adults on their own.

We really liked the house and location; downfall was the construction around it. At times, even the way inside was blocked, had to jump over removed grass and nails; also the noise in the morning and throughout the day.
