About this house rental
Beautifully refurbished townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In the perfect location close to the shops, beaches and restaurants, this townhouse will assure you of a fun filled holiday.
Open plan living area tastefully furnished and opens out onto the front patio and rear deck, which has a lovely wooden outdoor setting and small grassy area.
There is also a second bathroom downstairs off the laundry for extra convenience.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, built-ins and a private balcony overlooking the peaceful surrounding scenery, the second and third bedrooms have two single beds in each and again are all beautifully furnished.
Conveniently located is the sparkling bathroom, with shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
Your will never want to go home once you have stayed at Tilly and Annies Place.
Important Points
• For a homely touch, please bring your own bed linen, pillowcases, and towels. Linen may also be hired from the office at an additional cost.
• To keep things relaxed for everyone, we have a no-party policy and kindly ask that there are no large gatherings.
• In line with NSW strata regulations, windows can be opened up to 12cm for a safe and cosy environment.
• This is a self-contained space, so remember to pack your favourite snacks, toiletries, and other essentials to make it feel like home.

We had a great time staying at this property, it was perfect for a comfy relaxing break for our family of 4. The location is fantastic with an easy walk to the beautiful beach and cute local shops. The townhouse has been recently updated with fresh modern styling and the bathroom and kitchen have been tastefully renovated. The only thing was no air-con...which we can live without but others may find uncomfortable...needs a fan, at least, for the downstairs areas which were stuffy in the summer heat if there was no breeze. Fans in the bedrooms were great though. Highly recommend this property!

Cute, clean little place that looks recently renovated. Nice little backyard, we had 3 kids who had plenty of fun in the front and backyard. Decent sized living area too. Enjoyed a few DVDs from the collection.
Close to beach and shops. Block and a bit away from the pub which does a nice pizza. Recommend the take away for fish and chips and the bakery for a really really good home made pie or cake. IGA good for basics or drive a little further to Coles.
Few things that could have improved our stay:
- no air conditioning which was ok for our September stay but would probably be a punish in January. Ceiling fans in bedrooms only.
- only one roll of 1ply toilet paper provided which was a bit disappointing.
- no wifi and almost no phone signal whatsoever. Be prepared to get back to basics- board games, dvds and card games. It was a bit frustrating not being able to use our phones to do research on the area for activities etc. If you can’t live without access to internet then this place is not for you.
