The Home
The main level features an open-plan living and dining area opening onto a spacious tiled front balcony, where extensive water views provide a beautiful backdrop for outdoor meals and relaxed afternoons.
The modern kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, while Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and comfortable living spaces make it easy to unwind at home.
The main bedroom is also located on this level and features a king-size bed, walk-through robe, study area, ensuite bathroom and access to a private rear timber balcony.
The main bathroom is conveniently positioned on this level and includes a large walk-in shower and freestanding bath.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, with one featuring a queen-size bed and the other two king single beds. Both bedrooms open onto a timber deck with access to the enclosed backyard.
This level also includes a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer.
The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level and features a queen-size bed, study area and large window overlooking Port Stephens.
Please note that the upper level is accessed via a narrow staircase.
Outdoor Living
The spacious front balcony is an ideal place to enjoy the waterfront setting, with a BBQ and plenty of room for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Beautiful home in a spectacular spot. The property had just undergone major reno....including new bathroom and enquire plus a new paint job throughout and brand new appliances in the kitchen. We were more than impressed. Be prepared for lots of stair traversing....but the view is amazing. Couldn't fault this property.

This home was absolutely amazing. The view was spectacular i had alot of people asking where I was because they seen it was such a beautiful home and location. The house is packed with everything you need and more with alot of entertainment for you and your family. I had no issues with staying here. Will definitely be coming back. 10/10
