About this house rental
Winda Woppa 2 storey beach house on Myall River and backing to Jimmy`s Beach. This spacious, relaxed home has magnificant views over the Myall River, especially at sunset. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday!
UPSTAIRS comprises 4 bedrooms - 1) Queen with ensuite 2) Queen 3) Two singles 4) Single. Modern kitchen with microwave, coffee making facilities and second eating area. Open plan living and dining area. Dining table seating 9, living area with comfortable couches and armchairs. TV and DVD. Main bathroom shower and a bath. Separate toilet. Deck with table seating for 8, and large gas barbecue.
DOWNSTAIRS - Bed 5) Queen bed. Living area has large 6 seater couch, TV and DVD, desk and rumpus area. Another small kitchen with fridge, electric stove and microwave and dining area.
PARKING - Lock up garage and spacious off street parking with room for boat. Short stroll to Jimmys Beach. This property does not have WIFI. Local Cafes and Restaurants offer free WIFI

Fantastic location and a great host. Very close to the beach and a short drive to the local IGA. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay. Close to the beach and the river. Our group consisted of 3 families so having the 3 bathrooms was very convenient. Be aware that even though the residence indicates ‘Pet Friendly’ pets are NOT permitted inside. The next door neighbor warned us of dingos being present in the scrub across the road- so a bit of a concern
Some small annoyances: the toaster didn’t work; there was no gas in the bbq and some tv remotes didn’t work. Small bits that didn’t ruin our stay, fortunately

The check in process was so smooth and Kathy was very helpful. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 of us. Multiple TV’s,Foxtel connection and games in the property kept the kids busy. My 4 year old did not want to leave the place in the end. There were few things that needed attention like the oil filter not working and slight leak in kitchen sink but that did not deter us from having a great holiday. Kathy was very quick to note these things so I am confident that she will take care of it. Overall a very good place for big groups.
