About this villa rental
Gite of the Fief of Volette for your future holidays in the peninsula of Arvert in Charente Maritime.
Detached single storey house, not overlooked, very well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated, quiet on fully enclosed land, 3 bedrooms, 85 m2, extended by a large covered terrace of 30 m2 with a kitchen outdoor with plancha, sunbathing.
WIRELESS
Equipped for 5 people - only 1 pet allowed at no extra cost must be wise and clean.
Sheet provided as an option (15 euros per bed).
Interior Composition: Entrance hall with fitted wardrobe and shoe storage.
Nice fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, cooking piano 5 gas burners, microwave, fridge freezer, household equipment therefore, central island and stools.
Large cupboards in the rooms.
Bathroom with shower and two basins.
Washing machine, spreading to planned machine (outside and under cover).
Separate toilet.
Private parking.
2 TVs (82 cm in living room + 82 cm in room)
For children: Bath, Cot and high chair (on request).
Heating included - Wood pellet stove (renewable energy) + Electric radiators.
Gas - Water - Edf included.
House near the sea and shops Super U - Intermarché - Carrefour - Pizzeria - Market in the halls covered each day.
Beautiful wild beaches.
Fishing can foot (cockles, clams, knives, mussels ...).
Golf, hiking with many bike paths in the forests of pine and oak (5000 ha).
Rental near LA TREMBLADE (3km), the spa resort of SAUJON (15 km), ROCHEFORT, LA many tourist activities: zoo palmyre, marine excursions FORT BOYARD, AIX island, OLERON island, lighthouse of CORDOUAN,
For small Youpiland from April and for large Luna Park (July-August).
Racecourse. Kayak rides in oyster websites deemed many markets. oyster tasting etc ...
Many daytime and night markets in July August.

Very nice and tidy house. We really loved it. Stayed there for 2 incredible weeks. Good French speaking is recommended for the landlady.
Side activities like the Luna Park fair ground or tree climbing is possible nearby.
Unfortunately, you need about 15 minutes to drive to the beach and the AC is only cooling the living room, not the bedrooms.
