Welcome to our wonderfully spacious apartment in the best location of Grömitz.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and near the beach dead end without any through traffic.
The popular beach, the promenade and the center with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and the pier can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
The complex is a small, well maintained and quiet area with only 8 units.
The apartment is very modern, well maintained and is located in the 1st. OG and has about 80 m², which are divided as follows:
Hall area, very large kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and and and ..., bathroom with shower (new), a small bedroom with separate beds (2 x 90 cm x 185 cm, a large bedroom with a Double bed (90 x 200 cm) and a large living room.

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und stimmig eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts und die Terrasse war einfach nur schön. Den Hundestrand konnten wir gut zu Fuß erreichen und das Zentrum war auch nicht weit weg.
Das einzige Makel war die enge und offene Steintreppe zum 1. OG.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens!!! Die Wohnung sehr schön und sauber,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Zum Hundestrand ist es auch nicht weit! Wir kommen super gerne wieder!!!!! Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist halb gewendelt,für uns und unseren Labbi allerdings kein Problem!!!

Wohnung auch für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Schöne Einrichtung. Toller Balkon mit Abendsonne.

Die Wohnung war für 4-5 Erwachsene angegeben, 2 Erwachsene und max. 2 Kinder wären ok. Wie soll ein Erwachsener in den kleinen Bett im Kinderzimmer schlafen können. Vor allem ältere Leute müssten in das Bett unter dem Fenster klettern. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. In der Küche klebte alles und das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Es lag überall Staub vor allem auf den Türrahmen und auf den Schränken. Die Dusche fließt nicht vernünftig ab. Es roch muffig, da halfen auch die Duftspender nicht. Die auch noch einen sehr eckligen Geruch abgaben. Schade, aber da nützte auch der Balkon nichts. Der war übrigens sehr schön und auch super mit Stühlen und Loungecke bestuhlt.
