The Cottage at Twin Notch Farm is a relaxing, romantic destination; a place to escape the daily stress of life and discover Loudoun County, Virginia. The farm is nestled between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Catoctin Ridge where you can enjoy living the country life on a newly established vineyard of Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Petit Mensang. Our cottage is the perfect location for touring many of Northern Virginia's finest wineries, restaurants, breweries, and distilleries. Or, enjoy hiking, biking, antiquing and site-seeing the beautiful historic areas of Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. Located just 60 minutes northwest of Washington D.C., 30 minutes from Dulles International Airport, and 12 minutes from downtown Historic Leesburg.

This private 900 square foot cottage is nestled in a vineyard of Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of privacy to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset over the rolling countryside. It features a screened in porch to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and a private patio to enjoy your evening glass of wine while relaxing on the farm. The cottage has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook your own meals and a gas grill on the patio is ready for your BBQs. The Cottage has satellite TV and internet.



The Cottage is located on an operational vineyard and horse farm so safety restrictions apply throughout your stay:* NO smoking on property; NO pets; * No gatherings, events or parties (i.e., Bridal Brunches) are permitted unless pre-approved prior to your check-in. No early check-ins or late check-outs without prior approval.*NO refunds for early departures. *Ring spot light/ camera on garage looking down the driveway of the cottage and main house for your safety and ours. *Maximum number of guests staying in the cottage is 4. *Any violations of these policy will result in loss of security deposit. Too many people in the cottage is a fire code violation per the fire department.

Walking tours of the vineyard and stable are available during your stay if requested..
