About this house rental

Period charm meets modern comfort and convenience in this historic home, nestled in bucolic Waterford, Virginia — a National Landmark village. Wineries, farm stands, quaint eateries, nature trails and wildlife abound in beautiful Western Loudoun County.

Play chef in the gourmet kitchen, dine in the picturesque outdoor space, roast marshmallows over the fire pit or enjoy a movie night in front of the big screen. You can even send the kids up to the finished attic space for their own fun: an Xbox One and a TV with all the apps. There are two separate living rooms (one with a large flat screen TV), so there is plenty of room for guests to spread out. Guests can also enjoy the dining room, four bedrooms, one sofa bed, laundry room and high-speed wifi.

If Mayberry and Mount Vernon had a baby, Waterford would be it. Walk to The Corner Store for a bite to eat and a bottle of wine, stroll nature trails, discover the old mill dam, the historic Second Street School and the John Wesley Church. Don't miss this historic gem!

This home was beautiful, clean, and the hosts were so thoughtful. They provided recommendations on the local area and the check-in process was a breeze. There was a welcome basket with supplies for smores, wine, and even breakfast food. The home is beautiful - well preserved with so many historic details. We enjoyed exploring Waterford and walking to Terra Nebulo Winery. There were many cozy places to gather inside and the backyard was lovely! We enjoyed the fire pit. I can't wait to come back.
