My family and I had a fantastic week at Villa Diapori. Our host helped to make our stay very comfortable, everything that we needed in the accommodation was thought of. The villa is located directly in front of the sea, providing fun days of swimming and enjoying the views of the ocean and Mount Athos. We rented a motor boat from a rental company only a short walk away. We would definitely like to return. Highly recommended.

Villa Diapori was everything we have expected and more.... The location is perfect for a relaxing family holiday by the sea. We were with a baby and a 7 year old and the fact that you need to take 15 steps from your coffee table to the sea was perfect. The sea was great and the the Diapori island adds its charm as well as shields the bay so there are no big waves and it is quite safe for children. The beach is calm, family friendly and there are no crowds. The garden is huge, and has some old big trees that give wonderful shade, so we were able to leave the baby take her day naps in the shade and sea breeze, while we enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds. There is a huge, very comfortable barbeque area where we enjoyed making fresh fish everyday. The house is very comfortable, and the hosts have thought about everything so you can feel at home. The kitchen is big and very comfortable. There is all you need for small babies, a cot and a baby feeding chair. There is covered parking for your car and safety was the hosts main priority. There are mosquitos in Sithonia, and the house has magnetic, very well made nets on all the doors and window, that close behind you with a spring, very very useful when you have your hands full. Right next to the villa there are a couple of small boat rental places, we rented a small boat for 2 days in a row and did some amazing beach hopping on the Diapori island and swam in the blue water of the blue lagoon. The amazing part was that when it was time for lunch we just docked the boat on Villa Diapori's private boat parking and went home to relax, refill the cooler with refreshments and have some lunch, before jumping back on the boat and heading out again. The hosts live in the adjacent house, Kostas and his mom are wonderful people who are exceptionally hospitable. Kostas gave us great advice on where to buy fresh fish, meat, best places to eat and where to shop.

It is the best possible combination of a quiet, still pristine and serene location, and a generous property, meticulously arranged and cared for by Kostas and his mother Anna, the friendliest and kindest hosts you could wish for, who treat every guest like family. It is definitely the place to go for a relaxed, care-free and satisfying holiday.
