Location, privacy, safety, accessibility.
We would have liked if there was a small fridge and few more small towels. The sink was also uncomfortable to use because it was broken.

Location is very great. It feels like an apartment since access to it is via passcode. The water pressure and heater function well, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is quite responsive and helpful too.
The room and the linen were not very clean. Our room sas right next to the road, so there was some noise.
