De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en de locatie . Ook de snelle reactie van eigenaar op berichten en een vraag van ons toen we ter plaatse waren. De locatie ten opzichte van het centrum is ook ideaal
Alles beviel goed, je betaalt hier niet de hoofdprijs dus verwacht geen super-de-luxe huisje .

Прекрасное расположение! Действительно недалеко до центра и очень тихо. Есть одно парковочное место, вторую машину можно недалеко на парковке поставить. Красивые виды из окон.
Было грязно, многие вещи в доме уже давно требуют ремонта или замены.

Die Lage in Nunspeet war sehr gut gelegen. Sowohl der Ort als auch die Natur waren fussläufig zu erreichen. Supermarkt innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zudem sind mehrere tolle Stödte wie Zwolle, Apeldoorn, Amsterdam, Enkhuizen, Utrecht innerhalb von 30 - 45 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Ein Ofen ist leider nicht vorhanden. Dafür eine Mikrowelle mit Heizluft- und Grillfunktion. Allerdings nur der Mikrowellenteller. Wodurch man nicht alles backen konnte oder immer wieder selber umdrehen musste. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr weich. Das muss einem schon gefallen.
