    The hotel is located at a strategic place. There are lots of food and Armenian street is just up ahead. Location wise, it is good. The thing i didnt like was, the staff was not at the reception when we arrived. Nobody was around.. We and another family waited for more than 10 minutes before someone came in. And she was not very friendly. Another thing I didnt like is that check in time is 3PM???? Come on.. that is not acceptable. If check out is 12noon, check in has to be 1pm. 1 hour to clean rooms is more than enough. The property also dont have lift.. so, be prepared to drag your bags up the flight of stairs. The room is reasonable but the layout can be haphazard !! Considerations must be given as guests can fall and hit their heads. So, not too keen on the toilet. Overall, for RM160++ i think it is a bit overpriced. So, will not be going back to this hotel if I can help it

    The hotel is located in a prime area, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions and get around the city. I especially enjoyed the bedding and pillows—they were incredibly soft and comfortable. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, including a water dispenser, and there was additional coffee available outside for guests. One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so guests staying on the second floor will need to carry their own luggage upstairs. My room was also directly in front of a spotlight, which made it quite bright at night despite my efforts to block out the light. Overall, I would give this hotel an 8/10.

    12min walk to shopping n bus interchange. Friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Downside is ant nad mosquito can be found. Would stay again
