Die Lage, hohen Räume mit alten Balken, ‚alte’ Lichtschalter, Einbauküche u Ausstattung, relativ großes Bad
Es fehlten Kissen um das Sofa gemütlich zu machen. Nur 1 dickes Kopfkissen. Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht, TV nur vom Bett einsehbar und zu groß, zu wenig Handtücher. Renovierungsarbeiten an und in Nachbarhäusern zum Teil sehr laut. Parksituation in der Stadt und Umgebung der Altstadt: stundenweise gebührenpflichtig. Umsonstparken am Bahndamm erst durch Durchfragen anderer Besucher erfahren.
