Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage und Ausstattung uns fehlte ein Staubsauger bzw. ein Bodentuch zum reinigen. Das Licht an den Terrassen flackerte die ganze Nacht dies war nicht gerade angenehm. Wir werden garantiert wieder einchecken.

Modern, funktional ausgestattetes Ferienappartement mit Terrasse oder Balkon in einem von vier zusammengebauten 2-Familienhäusern. Allgemein ruhiges Wohnquartier. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt in und ausserhalb der Wohnung. Moderner Fernseher. Sehr gutes W-LAN. Bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer. Grosses Schlafzimmer. Grosses Badezimmer mit ebener grosser Dusche. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Marktplatz, Hafen, Bäcker, Shopping, Bahnhof - alles in Fussreichweite (ca. 5 - 15 Minuten). Gesamtfazit: Wir würden die Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Husum sicher wieder wählen und auch weiterempfehlen. Einziger, echter Negativ-Punkt: Die Garage, welche als Fahrrad-Abstellraum für insgesamt 8 Wohnungen gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, ist leider etwas chaotisch und wird auch als Lagerplatz für Autoreifen und Baumaterial missbraucht. Der Platz für Fahrräder ist somit unzureichend. Ein Stromanschluss zum Laden von e-Bikes ist in der Garage ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Wir haben unsere e-Bikes deshalb jeweils auf der eigenen Terrasse abgestellt. P.S.: Leider gab es während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts zweimal bereits früh morgens (ab 7 Uhr) starke Lärmemissionen durch Bauarbeiten. An einem Tag wurden Garten- und Baumsägeaktionen ab 7 Uhr im Kindergarten (beim Schlafzimmer-Fenster) durchgeführt. Am Abreisetag wurde ab 7 Uhr der Belag des Bürgersteigs abgefräst (mit einer extremen Lärmbelästigung und permanentem Hupen der Baustellenfahrzeuge) - Ausschlafen war dann leider nicht möglich ;-(. Um 10 Uhr war der "Spuk" dann jeweils auch schon wieder vorbei ;-).

Die FeWo-Anlage "Im Sonnenschein" ist solide gebaut und energetisch bestens ausgestattet (Dämmung, Solar-Strom, Lüftung usw.). Jeder Wohnung ist ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus zugeordnet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, das Zentrum, Hafen und Schlosspark usw. sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, freundlich und zeitgemäß eingerichtet ohne überflüssiges Gedöns und hat alles an Einrichtung und Ausstattung was man braucht, dazu gehört auch die schöne, sonnige Terrasse. Wir waren das 3. Mal in der Anlage "Im Sonnenschein". (1 x in Wohnung „Dämmerlicht“ und jetzt zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung „Sonnenwende“) und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Der Umgang mit der Eigentümerin und dem Team von „Ferien an der Nordsee“ ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Problem mit der klemmenden Terrassentür wurde in kürzester Zeit beseitig! Kleines Manko: Das Deckenlicht im kleinen Schlafzimmer war defekt (machte nichts, da wir das Zimmer nicht brauchten). Das Reinigungspersonal erschien leider deutlich vor der Abreisezeit, so dass wir uns doch etwas unter Druck gesetzt fühlte. Für eine Falsch-Information (Dämmerlicht, 22.07- 01.08.2021) möchte ich mich entschuldigen: Im Keller steht sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch ein Trockner zur Verfügung!

Super-Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die minimalen Kritikpunkte: 1. Wir mussten als erstes Toilettenpapier kaufen, da nur eine angebrochene Rolle da war. 2. Das Deckenlicht im kleinen Schlafzimmer war defekt, das Fenster gekippt. 3. Das fließende Wasser im Bad war zunächst kalt. Glücklicherweise sind wir der Ursache in Form des ausgeschalteten Durchlauferhitzers hinter der Badezimmertür schnell auf die Spur gekommen. Wenn dieser aus Energiespargründen (löblich!) abgestellt wird, sollte das dem Gast mitgeteilt werden. Ansonsten alles prima!
