Our ground-floor vacation rental for discerning guests offers innovatively designed, uncluttered spaces and comfortable living. Immerse yourself in your vacation.
The Location
Relaxation is guaranteed thanks to the quiet yet central location. Our modern vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building on a quiet side street. From here, you can easily walk to downtown Husum, the castle park, and the idyllic harbor. The train station is about 1.5 km away, and the nearest grocery store (Rewe) is a 5-minute walk away.
Amenities
The vacation rental is furnished to a very high standard: one bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200). Another small bedroom with a box-spring bed (90 x 200) provides you with the necessary space. The open and comfortable kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), toaster, and electric kettle. The living area features a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink. You can relax and wind down on the sunny terrace.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the common area for a fee. There is also a shared bicycle storage area available; please note that it is not lockable.
Special Features
One pet (up to knee height) is welcome in our smoke-free home. We are happy to provide free Wi-Fi. You can park your car in a parking space directly in front of the apartment.
A bike shed is available for storing bicycles and e-bikes you bring with you. Please note that you park your bikes at your own risk, and we do not provide security or safekeeping. Therefore, please always lock your bikes securely.
Long-term stays are welcome at this property. Please note that for stays longer than 21 nights, an interim cleaning and a linen change are required every three weeks. The cost for the interim cleaning is 97 euros, and we charge 19 euros for each set of linens. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help!
An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already part of the total price.
Additional towel and linen packages cannot be booked for this property!
Please understand that dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee of €50.
Cats are strictly prohibited in our vacation rentals, without exception.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage und Ausstattung uns fehlte ein Staubsauger bzw. ein Bodentuch zum reinigen. Das Licht an den Terrassen flackerte die ganze Nacht dies war nicht gerade angenehm. Wir werden garantiert wieder einchecken.

Modern, funktional ausgestattetes Ferienappartement mit Terrasse oder Balkon in einem von vier zusammengebauten 2-Familienhäusern. Allgemein ruhiges Wohnquartier. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt in und ausserhalb der Wohnung.
Moderner Fernseher. Sehr gutes W-LAN. Bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer. Grosses Schlafzimmer. Grosses Badezimmer mit ebener grosser Dusche. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre.
Marktplatz, Hafen, Bäcker, Shopping, Bahnhof - alles in Fussreichweite (ca. 5 - 15 Minuten).
Gesamtfazit:
Wir würden die Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Husum sicher wieder wählen und auch weiterempfehlen.
Einziger, echter Negativ-Punkt:
Die Garage, welche als Fahrrad-Abstellraum für insgesamt 8 Wohnungen gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, ist leider etwas chaotisch und wird auch als Lagerplatz für Autoreifen und Baumaterial missbraucht. Der Platz für Fahrräder ist somit unzureichend. Ein Stromanschluss zum Laden von e-Bikes ist in der Garage ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Wir haben unsere e-Bikes deshalb jeweils auf der eigenen Terrasse abgestellt.
P.S.:
Leider gab es während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts zweimal bereits früh morgens (ab 7 Uhr) starke Lärmemissionen durch Bauarbeiten. An einem Tag wurden Garten- und Baumsägeaktionen ab 7 Uhr im Kindergarten (beim Schlafzimmer-Fenster) durchgeführt. Am Abreisetag wurde ab 7 Uhr der Belag des Bürgersteigs abgefräst (mit einer extremen Lärmbelästigung und permanentem Hupen der Baustellenfahrzeuge) - Ausschlafen war dann leider nicht möglich ;-(. Um 10 Uhr war der "Spuk" dann jeweils auch schon wieder vorbei ;-).
