En general el apartamento es una gizada. Gran ubicación, limpieza, todo en perfecto estado. Bien comunicado con transporte público
En ánimo constructivo. Aspectos fáciles a mejorar: paños de cocina y balleta más cubiertos, cucharilla soñó había 1 colgadores y apliques en el baño Propuesta de mejora Estaría bien un microondas. En caso de que no lo contempleis en vuestra política de empresa se debería suplir con un cazo A mayores se escucha un poco el tráfico que en esa zona es abundante

Localização excelente, apartamento muito bom e bonito. Ótima cafeteria em frente, metrô na esquina, os grandes museus a uma pequena caminhada de distância, assim como a Praça Maior e o Mercado San Miguel. E é sempre agradável retornar para um apartamento confortável e bonito após muitas caminhadas!
O ruído da rua, muito movimentada, perturbava um pouco o sono mesmo com as janelas fechadas .

La ubicación es excelente en la calle Atocha en pleno centro. A un paso de plaza Mayor, Sol, paseo del Prado... El apartamento está bastante nuevo.
Se oía ruido de la calle por la noche y las contraventanas dejaban pasar algo de luz al hacerse de día. La lavadora no funcionaba.

Purtroppo en el baño han habido unos inconvenientes que afortunadamente han terminado sin ningunas consecuencias más allá del susto!
