Location, convenience, and comfort

The futon needs a little more cleanliness. Japanese people will be happy.

We loved the location of the property and the size of the unit with having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room.

The unit did not have central air conditioning, so we had to have the windows opened. The car horns, traffic, and people yelling below were loud at times.

No AC, dirty sofa bed and towels smelled weird HORRIBLE PARKING SPOT. It was so incredibly tight

Its location to the wonderful Public Market and Target.

The area was surrounded by the downtrodden and sirens blared for a large part of the evening.

Great location and view. For the same price, in other places, I could only find some shabby rooms.

Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bath and hand towels, convenient washer and dryer, pedastal and table fans, floor vaccum cleaner, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, internet enabled TV, strong WiFi, garbage disposal, swimming pool, gym, car parking, 24x7 concierge and a large Target hypermarket on the ground floor!! Most importantly, prior to our stay, the Vacasa team was always quick to respond to any query we had about the property and the formalities.

The sofa cum bed is large and easy to use but extremely squeaky! One of the two elevators was under repair for 3-4 days at a stretch. The stretch of Pike Street next to the building was always closed for traffic but it kept showing as available on Uber, which confused drivers all the time!!

The location is very convenient. There is a Target downstairs and the Pike Place Market is only 1 block down the street. This rental also comes with a parking spot. The kitchen is fully equipped. The gym and the sauna are available for guests.

The Wi-Fi was really unreliable when I was there. I had to restart the modem several times during my stay. You can hear the noise from the street at night.

Chipped dishes, no Kleenex, no washcloths, hand towel rack fell off and hit my foot we were on 12th floor and street noises made it hard to sleep ,

plenty of space / near to transportation- metro & bus / kitchen decent / plenty of bath towels for 10 day stay / nice view of harbor/ A floor fan was available for an unusually hot week - mid 80s / Nice patio area /Lobby personnel very friendly and responsive.

Excelent apartment with the best view, near to the main atractions of the city. The personal at lobby is super friendly and the apartment it is very well equipped. I loved my stayed there.

Perfect location to see Seattle. Lots of food outlets, including Pike Markets close by and a Target Supermarket on ground floor for groceries. One block to train and bus routes. Kitchen was exceedingly well equiped.

Was supposed to have a "Meet & Greet" but didn't happen probably due to communication gliches (between Vacusa and Booking.com?) and our notified 9pm arrival. No big deal - our stay was excellent.

A rep was there to greet me, handover room/garage card and actually showed me where is the garage to park the car. She also provided helpful information about the hotel and Target. I like how the place is clean and provided complimentary laundry detergent/booster beads, dishwashing soap, brand new scrubbing pad for dishes (LOVE IT, no germs). It's a great location to be at and very convenient area to go lounge around. Literally, right down the street to Pike Place Market :)

There were multiple reps texting me regarding my arrival time and some confusion on who I would be texting my ETA time to check -in. But it all worked out. Clearer instructions to actually park the car in front of hotel to wait for a rep to come out and give room/garage card. Got lost and missed the hotel and had to circle around with help from the rep on the phone. During our stay, the garage card didn't work. I had to physically get out of the car to scan the door and open the garage door manually form the inside. It was broken at that time...Also, the garage has really tight parking spaces and low ceiling space - don't rent a HUGE SUV. We had a Pacifica van and it was already tight. Luckily, when open the rear door it did hit the ceiling but there was some foam so didn't damage our rental van! We had walkers in the back for our parents so it's important to open this rear door! The fridge wasn't cold enough!! It took many many hours for the ice tray to freeze up!! Please replace that fridge!!! Both rooms were kind of dark. Extra lighting and mirrors would give a nice touch.

Well equipped apartment and a great location. Certainly recommended.

The location was excellent - close to Pike Market and public transportation. Easy to get to from the airport.

It would have been nice to have recycle bins for sorting trash. There wasn't much in the way of seating in the living room area - there was the couch, and a lounge chair, after that, you had to grab tall chairs from the dining areas.

For the $2700.00 for the week we expected at least decent furniture. The couch was awful and was so dirty we did not sit on it. Also, there was no cable TV just local channels. Was disappointed in the cleanliest of the unit as well. Good location except for the homeless people screaming all night long

Sam apartament położony w dobrej lokalizacji, czysty, o pokojach zgodnych z opisem oferty. Dobre widoki.

Obsługa administracyjna tegoż apartamentu!!! O zgrozo!!! Po długiej wielogodzinnej podróży samolotem i dotarciu na miejsce okazało się że w apartamencie nie działa internet ( co było w ofercie obiektu) poza tym tv również nie. Jedynie jedna osoba z nas posiadała własny internet i to stanowiło problem w komunikacji na miejscu. Pomimo kilku prób zgłoszenia problemu i zapewnień ze lokalny staff mi pomoże nikt początkowo się nie odezwał. Po 2 dniach otrzymałam wiadomość że ktoś z obsługi się skontaktuje i sprawdzi problem. Po minięciu 3 doby pobytu zjawił się Pan jako przedstawicielem obsługi apartamentu, długo rozmawiał i potwierdził ze w tym apartamencie nie ma wifi bo są stare kable a tv to nię wie czemu nie pracuje. Połączył się z administracją zdalnie i myśląc że moja rodzina nie rozumie angielskiego opowiadał ze spróbuje trochę poopowiadać nam bajek i przetrzyma temat. Jednak po 5 godzinach zmarnowanej niedzieli otrzymałam informację, ze administrator proponuję odwołanie mojej rezerwacji (po 3 i pół dobach pobytu!!!) natychmiast i proponuję abym sobie poszukała innego apartamentu w niedziele wieczorem kiedy ceny w tym czasie były wysokie!! o czym zawiadomiła booking - ze jest szkoda nie do usunięcia. To był dla mnie stres, na następny dzień miałam ważne spotkania służbowe. Syn znalazł łącze płatne do tv i opłacił sam za tv, wifi kupowaliśmy dla każdego z kart eSIM - administrator potwierdził ze jeśli sprawę załatwię to może nam zwrócą opłaty z czego się nie rozliczył Nie zgodziłam się na tę opcję i nie byłam gotowa na kolejne wydatki !! To nie powinno się nigdy zdarzyć!! Jestem wielotanim klientem booking com z objazdem prawie całego świata i pierwszy raz spotkał nie taki stres i niedogodności co zaburzyło moje poczucie bezpieczeństwa pobytu w obiekcie. Ostrzegam gości bo oferta proponowana nie była w pełni spełniona a zgłoszenie nieprawidłowości wiąże się z propozycją nagłego odwołania pobytu ze strony administratora apartamentu!!

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Küche sind top. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt direkt im Haus. Alle wichtigen Sightseeing Highlights sind gut erreichbar. Freundliches Personal am Empfang.

Die Fenster sind undicht. Von aussen dringt viel Lärm ins Appartment. Das Sofa hatte einen Riesen-Riss. Die Flächen und Böden waren sehr staubig. Das Appartment hat für mehrere Personen oder längere Aufenthalte zu wenig Stauraum.
