Lovely apartment - very comfortable, clean and with great kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is very handy both to the Markets and a short walk from the convention centre.
Staff were very friendly and the host company Vacasa fixed a very small problem with the property (a broken blind) within 24 hours. The kitchen is great to work in, and I liked that there were some basic supplies (eg oil, spices, salt, pepper).
The location has a lot of street noise but the windows are well sealed, so if you have them closed, it is quiet, but then it can get stuffy overnight, particularly when the weather is warm.
Location felt a little unsafe when outdoors at night.

Check-in was very easy. Spacious room, full kitchen, and a working nook equipped with reliable internet made my stay productive and pleasant. Additional to note is that the neighbors are all very quiet- I didn't hear them once. There is was a beautiful patio from which I could enjoy dinner and an on-site gym with far beyond what you could expect from a hotel (it even had a olympic bar and squat rack.)
Carpet and walls had many stains and crayon (?) drawings on them. Wanted to use the room partially for business, and couldn't for these reasons. Since there is no AC, the windows needed to be open at night to cool off, however there is a lot of noise at night from the homeless and cars well past 12am. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem in the summer months.
