Comfortable apartment with excellent kitchen facilities and close to Pike Place Market.

Lovely apartment - very comfortable, clean and with great kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is very handy both to the Markets and a short walk from the convention centre. Staff were very friendly and the host company Vacasa fixed a very small problem with the property (a broken blind) within 24 hours. The kitchen is great to work in, and I liked that there were some basic supplies (eg oil, spices, salt, pepper).

The location has a lot of street noise but the windows are well sealed, so if you have them closed, it is quiet, but then it can get stuffy overnight, particularly when the weather is warm. Location felt a little unsafe when outdoors at night.

The location was perfect, the place itself was dirty and uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, having private parking was excellent, and having Target in the same building made it very convenient to get things that we needed. Simon was very friendly and greeted us and showed us around the building when we arrived (at 1AM!).

The place could use some serious updates and painting. It seems that certain things have been updated but others have not and are very dirty. The carpet in the bedroom was very stained and gross; the bed, bedding and pillows were extremely uncomfortable; the "couch" was ripped and extremely uncomfortable. Also, there could be some additional items to help the stay more complete. For example, kleenex, extra blankets and pillows, USB charging, tools for use at the community grill, and some basic kitchen items/spices.

Great location, reliable internet, suited for longer stays in Seattle with a few drawbacks.

Check-in was very easy. Spacious room, full kitchen, and a working nook equipped with reliable internet made my stay productive and pleasant. Additional to note is that the neighbors are all very quiet- I didn't hear them once. There is was a beautiful patio from which I could enjoy dinner and an on-site gym with far beyond what you could expect from a hotel (it even had a olympic bar and squat rack.)

Carpet and walls had many stains and crayon (?) drawings on them. Wanted to use the room partially for business, and couldn't for these reasons. Since there is no AC, the windows needed to be open at night to cool off, however there is a lot of noise at night from the homeless and cars well past 12am. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem in the summer months.

my room. first of all I didn’t even get the room I paid for, the stained carpet was gross to walk on, the kitchen was small and had gnats everywhere, the sheets weren’t clean, the walls had writing on it. i didn’t even stay in the room i booked on booking.com worst experience snd never booking from this website or “Vacasa” again.
